Cross Keys Animal Clinic offers a variety of medical services for your pet. We offer a full array of dentistry, radiology, flea control, dermatology, cardiology, endocrinology and medical assessment services to cater to your pet’s specific medical needs.
Our surgical services include spay and neuter, soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgeries. We also maintain an extensive referral network in the instance that your pet need additional support and care beyond the scope of our practice.
Taking proactive health measures is the best way to ensure your pet’s long-term health. At Cross Keys Animal Clinic, we offer flea prevention and control, heartworm prevention and tick prevention methods to protect your pet from diseases.
If your pet is experiencing complicated symptoms, we have the technology to administer several health screening tests to identify potential issues. Renal dysplasia and hip dysplasia are two of the commonly identified issues through our health screening tests.
Every pet is unique, and some pets may experience special dietary requirements. We offer nutrition counseling for giant breeds, puppies and kittens and other pets that may require special dietary attention. We stock veterinary-approved diets in our clinic for your convenience. Feel free to ask us for recommendations or contact us with any nutrition questions or concerns you may have for your pet.
Most animals give birth without any complications. However, mothers occasionally need help with delivery. We usually attempt to resolve the problem using medical therapy first, but when that doesn’t solve the issue, we will perform a caesarian section. During the procedure, the mother is given an anesthetic. Your pet is in good hands with our specially trained veterinarians.
At Cross Keys, we monitor our patients closely to keep them as safe as possible during procedures that may require general anesthesia. You can rest assured that your pet is in good hands and will not feel any pain during such procedures, as our veterinarians and technicians are trained to administer the appropriate anesthesia for your pet’s needs.
We know that sometimes your pet requires additional attention beyond the normal scope of veterinary services, so we offer veterinary specialist referrals for conditions we are not equipped to manage. We also offer behavioral counseling, microchip pet identification, and other services; feel free to reach out to us!
